Terms of Service

What are these Terms?

These Terms of Service (Conditions Générales d'Utilisation — "Terms") are intended to set the rules of access to the Website. They apply concurrently with the Privacy Policy.

  • "Website" means the landh.tech website operated by Lupin & Holmes.
  • "User" means the natural person browsing the Website from their device via an electronic communications network.

How can I accept these Terms?

The User accepts, without reservation, all of these Terms by the sole fact of browsing the Website, regardless of the device used.

The User is invited not to continue browsing the Website if they do not accept these Terms.

When do these Terms enter into force?

These Terms enter into force from the date they are published on the Website.

Lupin & Holmes may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these Terms. The User is expressly informed that the version in force is the one published on the Website at the time of their connection.

What can I do on this Website?

The User may freely browse the Website. The User may (i) access and (ii) view the content offered free of charge.

The User may share, without requesting authorisation, the URLs of the various web pages composing the Website.

Lupin & Holmes reminds its Users that it is criminally punishable (i) to fraudulently access the Website, which constitutes an automated data processing system (système de traitement automatisé de données — "STAD"), (ii) to fraudulently remain in a STAD, (iii) to obstruct or distort the operation of a STAD, and (iv) to fraudulently introduce, extract, hold, reproduce, transmit, delete or modify data in a STAD (Articles 323-1 to 323-8 of the French Criminal Code).

Can I freely use the content of the Website?

Lupin & Holmes is the owner of all intellectual property and industrial property rights in the Website, the domain names, and the content (images, text, logos, animations, videos, etc.) made available for read-only consultation.

The reproduction and use of content composing the Website is authorised under the following cumulative conditions:

  • the reproduction and/or use of content from the Website is carried out for non-commercial purposes, in order to allow you to better know Lupin & Holmes; and

As access to the Website is free and the content is provided free of charge, the User may hold Lupin & Holmes liable under ordinary law conditions.

What is the applicable law and competent jurisdiction for these Terms?

These Terms are governed by French law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
